Terms and Conditions

Sales and Returns:

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
• If your artwork arrives damaged, please send a photo via email to ananoronhaart@gmail.com.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct.
• If the artwork is shipped to an incorrect address, it must be returned, and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Taxes and Duties:

• I am not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. Please check for any additional costs when importing from the U.S. These charges are separate from shipping fees.

Tracking:

• You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
• If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact me via email, and I will provide it.

International Shipping:

• Once the package is shipped, I have no control over it. Please track your order and be patient, as some deliveries—especially international ones—may experience delays.
